Vegan diets


80/10/10

80% of calories come from carbs, 10% from protein and 10% from fat.
The most of these carbs come from fruit and veggie,which are low in calories,that means you have to eat A LOT.

HCLF (High cabs low fat)
 
Very similiar to 80/10/10, actually it is just another form of 80/10/10, but HCLF don't have to be so strict as 80/10/10 are.









RAW TILL 4

Raw till 4 is probably one of the most popular form of vegan diets. 

People who follow this diet starts they day with raw fruit,vegetable or smoothie.
Have fruit or vegetable for lunch and snack on fruit.
And after 4pm they eat cooked food.
