Does not consume any animal product.

They eat natural whole plant based foods
They don't eat any processed food (white rice, white bread,also they don't eat chips,fries...
Regular vegans eat tofu,tempeh,seitan and any other meat alternatives,plan based vegans don't eat anything of these.
Plant based vegans usually eat vegetable,fruit,nuts and seeds,lentils etc.
4.) Junk vegans
They don't eat just "clean/healthy" food.
They may smoke and drink alcohol.
They eat things like oreos, white breads,white rice,sweets,chips etc.
They are not so strict as regular vegans are.
