Why I don't really follow HCLF diet

High carb low fat diet (80/10/10)
80% carbs 10% fats 10% protein

So this diet is for someone who is really active, and yes I workout and go for walks but I do not go for 30-50 km walks or cycling... I normally walk around 5-10km per day,and do some weight training and cardio.

So again HCLF diet is for really active person,I can't say I'm one of them.
Also I can't imagine myself eating 10 bananas for breakfast. Or drinking smoothies all day, everyday.

I drink smoothies for breakfast once or twice per week, but thats all.

So you can't just decide one day you are going to try HCLF vegan diet and hopes you will lose weight, because there is so many people on Youtube,Tumblr,Twitter or anywhere else who say they lose weight thanks of HCLF. Yes they lost weight but they are very active too,you can't just sit around don't move all day, just watch tv and eat and then wondering and hate vegans because you didn't lose weight. That is not how it works. If you want lose weight you have to do something for it,you have to move and start slowly while becoming a HCLF vegan.

For example if you are a lazy person who just sit on the couch and watch tv all day,but you want to lose weight, you can't start with 2 hours really hard workout (kickboxing, cardio, run, cycling etc.)
You have to start slowly, start workout for 25-30 min. a day and then slowly workout more and more.
When I decided I want to start workout I made this mistake, the first day of my workout routine I did 2 hours cycling and the next day my whole body hurt and I wasn't able to move,so after a week of working out I stopped. Then I started workout again, but slowly I started with 30 minutes workout a day (I did JM 30 days shred, and wow it really helped me.) Then I added some extra body weight workout and then some cardio too. Now I workout for 1-2 hours normally everyday, and on Sundays I have rest day, which means I don't workout at all. On Sundays I'm really lazy person to be honest, I wantch my favorite tv shows, and read books, and also go for walks with my dog.

So how my actual w/o routine looks like:
MON:BBG,poppilates,RL wo + 6 min. yoga
TUE:cardio,poppilates,RL wo
WED:BBG,poppilates,RL wo
THU:cardio,poppilates,RL wo+6 min. yoga
FRI:BBG,RL wo,kickboxing
SAT:yoga
SUN:rest

BBG- Kayla Itsines bikini body guide
poppilates- Cassey Ho (blogilates) month calendar
RL- Rebecca Louise month calendar

I burn around 500-800 calories from my workouts

And I eat around 1300-1500 calories per day (yes I know it may not me enough but,I eat lot of fruit and vegetable and I feel really full from it)

I don't follow 80/10/10 or raw till 4 or HCLF, I'm something between.
For breakfast I usually have fruit (today it was smoothie from 1/2 mango,1/2 pineapple,1orange topped with coconut, chia seed and some oats+2 kiwi fruit) So I ate around 400 calories for breakfast
lunch is always different, but moslty fruit or vegetable. (today I had 200g or tomatoes with whole grain pastry 30g of onion, with some sunflower oil) around 500-600 calories for lunch
for afternoon snack I'm going to have watermelon 60-120 calories
and for dinner just vegetable and fruit, around 200-400 calories
So today it is going to be exactly around 1300-1500 calories.

This is why I can't imagine myself being HCLF vegan, I can't imagine myself eating more than 2000 calories per day (HCLF vegan usually eat 2500+ calories per day, they eat lot of fruit and vegetable)
